About Project

This two-year project, running through 2019 and 2020 was funded by government of Latvia, administrated by Dr. Velta Lubkina and conducted in partnership with Rēzekne Technological Academy (RTA), Latvia. The goal of this project was to research and promote new forms of digital learning for transforming higher education at the doctoral level. Dr Todd Blayone and Dr Olena Mykhailenko of Collaboritsi functioned as a Principal Investigator and Contributing Scholar respectively.

Approach


In support of the project goal, the project team designed and conducted a summer school and online program for higher educators, published a series of peer-reviewed articles and conference papers, and produced a monograph.

The Result


In addition to supporting the transformation of higher education through workshops and seminars, Dr Todd Blayone and Dr. Olena Mykhailenko authored two major peer-reviewed articles as follows:
