Dr. Olena Mykhailenko is Co-Founder and a Senior Consultant. She is an Associate Researcher, EILAB, UOIT, Canada. As a 2016 Visiting Scholar at UOIT, Dr. Mykhailenko implemented a cross-cultural pilot course in Ukrainian based on UOIT’s Fully Online Learning Community (FOLC) model. Olena is co-author of the Post-Industrial Digital Learning Transformation model, and the founder of the Facebook Group of over 600 members. She meets regularly with educational and business leaders to explore dimensions of culture, collaborative thinking and authentic learning.


Beginning with her 2016 Visiting Scholarship at University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Canada, Olena has shifted her research focus from economics to facets of culture, collaborative thinking, educational transformation and socio-economic development.
