Todd Blayone
Co-Founder and Senior Researcher

Todd is Co-founder, and Senior Researcher. He is an Associate Researcher in Digital Competencies and Learning at the EILAB, UOIT, Canada. His current research and publications explore post-industrial digital learning, digital competencies, dimensions of culture, and democratized learning, with special interest in the transformation of Ukrainian higher education. His technological activities include digital-research support and the utilization of social media in formal education. Formerly, a lecturer in ancient religion, and a senior business leader, Todd now teaches in the areas of digital competencies and learning. He is co-author of the Post-Industrial Digital Learning Transformation model with Dr. Olena Mykhailenko.


Committed to life-long learning, Todd completed graduate studies in the areas of religion, digital humanities and, most recently, digital competencies and learning. He is beginning his second PhD experience in Computer Science and Digital Learning at UOIT, Canada in Fall 2017.
